TriYoga Basics - 4 week session $30
4 week session includes four, 1.5 hour long classes focusing on yoga flows, sustained postures, breathing techniques and meditation. Open to all bodies and abilities.
TriYoga Prenatal - 4 week session $25
4 week session includes four, 1 hour long classes focusing on yoga flows, sustained postures, breathing techniques and meditation. Modifications allow expecting mothers in all stages of pregnancy to participate.

TriYoga Drop-In Rate $10
Drop-ins welcome if you have previously attended at least one session of basics. Must register in advance to ensure available space.
