Pregnancy (Achieving & Postpartum) Package $50
Includes one introductory session and 3 follow up sessions.
Single Consultations $30
Follow-up sessions can be purchased as add-ons to packages on an as needed basis.
TriYoga Basics - 4 week session $30
4 week session includes four, 1.5 hour long classes focusing on yoga flows, sustained postures, breathing techniques and meditation. Open to all bodies and abilities.
TriYoga Prenatal - 4 week session $25
4 week session includes four, 1 hour long classes focusing on yoga flows, sustained postures, breathing techniques and meditation. Modifications allow expecting mothers in all stages of pregnancy to participate.
